Mozzarella cheese sticks

:Ingredients
1/2kg mozzarella cheese
3eggs
1cup flour
1cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Ketchup, mustard for serving

Method:
Cut mozzarella cheese into equal sticks shape-
Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper-
Cover cheese sticks with flour (get rid of excess flour), dip in eggs then roll into breadcrumbs-
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then repeat previous step one more time-
Fry sticks in hot oil till golden brown from all sides-
Lift on a kitchen towel-
Serve hot with ketchup and mustard-
